“Expect Miracles! Lavan's kind but firm approach was crucial in helping my child reach the result they needed. He sets targets that are challenging but reachable, and the results show he is clearly great at teaching.”
Medicine at University of ManchesterRead on Google“Couldn't recommend Lavan highly enough. He analysed gaps in understanding; set clear expectations and targets and supported my son every step of the way. The results (9s and A*) speak for themselves.”
PPE at University of OxfordRead on Google“Lavan is a miracle worker! Our son needed to retake his A level Chemistry and, with his expert teaching technique, Lavan guided him from a C to an A. Our son mixed small group tutorials with one-to-one tuition which, evidentially, seemed to work extremely well for him.”
“I had Lavan for two years and honestly without him explaining things I don't know if I would've got into medicine. With his help I went from a C grade student at a level to an A-A* student. Appreciate his help so much.”
Medicine at University of NottinghamRead on Google“Lavan is the best tutor & helped our daughter to As in Maths, Chemistry and Physics. Highly recommend!”
“Lavan helped me a lot during my GCSEs and A-levels! I have been his student for over 5 years now and I would highly suggest him as a tutor. With his help I ended up getting 8s and 9s rather than the 4s I was predicted! Also check out his Youtube and tiktok videos for help in your work.”
“Super useful. Highly recommended for chemistry! Got me an A* from a B.”
“From my experience, Lavan has been very professional in his approach to tutoring. His teaching manner, punctuality, presentation and communication with myself and my 17 year old son have been excellent as he supports him through Btec Applied Science. From my son, 'Lavan is very good at explaining difficult tasks and he's easy to talk to. His website is easy to use and full of useful work sheets and it's simple to get in contact with him when I have a question between tutorials'. We both would highly recommend Lavan.”
“Lavan is an incredible science and maths tutor. My daughter struggled with physics, chemistry & maths, but with his kind, considerate and structured approach, her confidence and capability grew. She achieved excellent GCSE results. I have no hesitation in recommending the Ganes Academy.”
“Super helpful very organised Tutor. Would definitely recommend. Made me feel much more confident in my Subjects. Helped me get into my first choice University.”
“Lavan taught my daughter on a weekly basis for about three months in the run-up to her GCSEs, which she had been very anxious about. He helped her go over the basics and consolidated what she'd covered fast too loosely at school.”
“Lavan tutored me during the final few months leading up to my Chemistry A level exams. He was very thorough and explained the content in detail during our lessons, particularly with the topics that I struggled the most with.”
“Had Lavan as a tutor for all of GCSE and he helped me so much to stay on top of content and to get used to exam and papers early, especially for Chemistry, which became one of my favourite subjects because of his great teaching! Highly recommend him to anyone for a tutor.”
“Lavan is a brilliant tutor who has helped me to understand difficult concepts in a clear and concise manner. He explains topics in an engaging manner while still ensuring every topic is covered extremely thoroughly. He has been a fabulous Chemistry tutor would highly recommend!”

“Lavan came highly recommended when my daughter needed some support to get her through her GCSEs in maths and science. We were not disappointed, he provided easy to understand explanations to areas she was struggling with and she quickly improved.”
“Really amazing science tutor. Meticulous, thorough and clear. My daughter said that one lesson with Lavan was like six at school. Would highly recommend.”
“Lavan is a fantastic tutor for all levels of Chemistry. He has helped me understand the most difficult of university-level concepts, in a far more clear and concise manner than any tutor I've had before. I would recommend his services to anyone!”
“Lessons were super useful and helped me a lot in class and exams. The way Lavan taught topics were easy to understand and remember using tips that he gave. I will be recommending his lessons to students in the future as I know it will help them as much as it helped me.”
“I am currently studying for an MBBS degree. Lavan was my tutor for organic chemistry in my first year. He was a very good teacher in a subject I was very weak in. I did very good in my exams! Highly recommend!”
“He was my third year Chemistry tutor for both inorganic and physical chemistry. He helped me so much throughout the year on any topic I needed support on. Not only that he gave me exam skills as well.”
