Ganes Academy is a specialist maths and science tutoring service in North London, based in Kentish Town. Founded by Dr Lavan Ganeshkumar, a PhD-qualified UCL graduate with over 10 years of teaching experience, we offer 1-to-1 and small group tuition for GCSE, A-Level, and university students in mathematics, further mathematics, chemistry, physics, and biology. Sessions cover all major UK exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, and OCR.

About Dr Lavan Ganeshkumar
Dr Lavan Ganeshkumar is the founder and sole educator at Ganes Academy. He holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry and a 1st Class MSci in Chemistry, both from University College London (UCL). Since 2016, he has tutored over 200 students across GCSE, A-Level, and university-level Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. His students have gone on to study at Oxford, Manchester, Nottingham, and other leading universities. He served as an Undergraduate Chemistry Tutorial Supervisor at UCL from 2020 to 2024. He is Enhanced DBS certified and a member of The Tutors' Association.
