The Platform is designed for learners aged 14–23. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.

No fees are currently charged, but we may introduce paid features in the future and will update these Terms accordingly.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
- Keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Platform—including AI-assisted materials, text, graphics, videos and lesson resources—is © Ganes Academy Ltd 2021-2025 or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal study.
Past Examination Papers
Third-Party Copyright: Past examination papers, mark schemes, and examiner reports accessed through our Platform remain the copyright of their respective examination boards and awarding bodies, including but not limited to:
- AQA (Assessment and Qualifications Alliance)
- Pearson Education Ltd (Edexcel)
- OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations)
- Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE)
Legal Basis for Provision
We provide access to these materials under the following legal provisions of UK copyright law:
- Fair Dealing for Research and Private Study - Under Section 29 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, these materials may be used for non-commercial research and private study.

You retain ownership of homework submissions and other material you upload ("User Content") but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and use User Content solely for providing and improving the Platform.

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy (ICO Registration No. ZB939229). By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence). Our total liability shall not exceed ÂŁ100 or the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
